"NO" - Película chilena en Melbourne Filmoteca

Hola Filmotequeros!

What a great screening we had in November!

Just one more film to go and our 2016 Programme will come to an end, so you are all invited to join us, the Filmoteca team, as we celebrate a successful 2016 at our closing night screening on Tuesday 6 December starting @ 6:30pm (Please note the early start to allow enough time for the Pre-Screening show).

Our December screening will be without a doubt an event like no other, and thanks to Nuevo Latino Los Rodriguez, all filmotequeros will be treated to a Pre-Screening show, and as usual lots of prizes and surprises.

All ticket holders will enjoy a complimentary drink and some nibbles, so make sure you have your tickets ready and don't miss out!

If you don't have your tickets yet, head to ACMI or book online.

For a sneak peak of what's to come make sure you follow us on Facebook and Twitter.

See you all soon!

With scant resources and constant scrutiny from individuals sympathetic to Pinochet's totalitarian regime, including ad agency colleagues and the secret police, this bold and enthralling film explores the true story of how a team of Chile's "Mad Men" and opponents of the dictatorial government instigated change without resorting to violence during the 1988 plebiscite with only 15 minutes of TV exposure in the early hours of the morning.
